Wiki Cauterization of intraoperative bleed?

During a gynecological procedure for ovarian cyst there was excessive bleeding. My vascular physician was called in during the procedure to evaluate the bleeding. The vascular physician cauterized a complex venous plexus bleed in the pelvic wall. I need help find a CPT for the vascular procedure of a intraoperative bleed. He did not assist in any part of the gynecological procedure.
