I'm getting a CCI edit from my billing software for CPT 67904 - Repair of Eyelid defect, ICD-9 374.30 ptosis of the eyelid. The physician did both eyes so I have all modifiers E1-E4. Edit is stating - "Review and/or correct CPT code". What am I coding incorrectly? Please help.
 
The only thing I would wonder is if you only used the E1 and the E3 modifier only, otherwise your edit could be wrong in your system.
