In regard to a selective catheter placement 36245, aortography code 75625 and angiography code 75722 are billed.

Per cci edits, aortography 75625 is a component of column "1" code 75722 for angiography.

Is procedure 75625 considered content of angiography (75722) or can it be billed with modifier 59?
