I am trying to bill 29874, 29886 and 27416 together. I put a 59 modifier on 29874 and 29886 to unbundle from the 27416 but i can't get them to pay the 29886. The physician feels he should get paid for all three procedures. Can you please help me to let me know if all 3 can be reimbursed or if the 29886 won't get paid no matter what.
