I have a one denial edits - (WARNING: DO NOT REPORT CPT CODE 93280 IN CONJUNCTION WITH 93286 OR 93288 SOURCE = AMA CPT MANUAL *** GENERIC EDIT *** [VERSION 06/20/2018] [71123] ) while checking in encoder pro modifier is allowed. can anyone help to clear this denial edit!
