Pt had Vaginal Hysterectomy w/BSO and Lysis of pelvic adhesions. We billed 58552 and 58740-51.
Humana is bundling 58740 with 58552. However, I cannot find where these codes are bundled.
Asking for assistance with the bundling edits. Should I appeal?:confused:
 
We don't bill separately for the lysis of adhesions unless it is extensive; in the rare circumstance where we do try to bill for lysis of adhesions we send in supporting documentation.
