My hospital has a CDU area in the ED. Does anyone else have an Observation area in an ED setting? If so, do you have resources you use for documentation requirements and specifics on Observation rules? We have been trying to locate a section/book/webinar/seminar to educate us more on the rules. New people in coding world vs the seasoned coding.. new and different thought processes.

Any resources or discussion would be awesome.
