Can anyone give me any help woth billing CEA lab using 199.1 Dx code. pt has secondary defined dx but uncertain primary but I can't sem to fin anything to get our labs paid for. Thanks

Would it make sense to list the mets as primary with the 199.1 as secondary? Good luck!
