Help, I'm stuck on this!

what is the cpt code for a right and leeft cephalic vein angios during a heart cath?

I am thinking it is 75822.26.59 and 36005 rt & lt.?

Also a rt & lt internal jugular angios were also done.
Would 36011 and 75860.26.59 be correct?

Thank you for your help!

Question, why is the doctor in the veins cephalic veins during a heart cath?

This patient has a hx. of HLHS and hypoplastic aoric valve and aorta. The cardiologist found the patient to have increasing facial edema and large head veins, so therefore they wanted to check status on pulmonary arteries and to delineate hemodynamics.
