Wiki Certifications? How many are there?

I'm a new CPC-A.
I was browsing jobs and saw that most employers require RHIT, RHIA,CCS but saw very few that require CPC certs.
What gives?
I studied hard for this cert and I'd hate to think that potential employers are telling me that my cert isn't highly regarded or even recognized.

Facilty vs provider

Most facilities want the RHIT, RHIA,CCS, while providers prefer the CPC.
