My name is Natalie and I'm a CPC with extensive experience in medical billing motivated to helping the team achieve business goals and objectives.
I am currently looking for a full-time position on site in the Boise ID area or telecommuting.
I have 5 years of general orthopedics, spinal orthopedics, orthopedics hand specialty, pain management, and podiatry.​

- Review provider CPT & ICD 10 coding on surgeries for general orthopedics, spinal orthopedics, pain management and podiatry for accuracy and make necessary changes to follow Medicare guidelines and CCI edits.
- Assign accurate CPT and ICD 10 codes for surgical procedures by an orthopedic hand specialist
- Audit E&M claims for compliance and provide education to physicians and PA’s
- Write appeal letters on surgery claim denials
- Train & support staff in accurate medical coding & Medicare guidelines
- Month end report in Excel
