I recently earned my CPC-H-A and then completed AAPC's E&M training online, but I don't have a coding job yet and need a chance to practice coding realistic scenarios and getting feedback. Is there anything available online or in book form, or software, either through AAPC or somewhere else, that would give me a chance to practice coding? I'm thinking of something similar in format to the courses I've already taken here, where I could code cases, get a "grade" and the rationale behind the ones I get wrong so I can see where I made a mistake, etc. I'm looking for something very low cost, not another certification course or CEUs right now. I would appreciate being pointed in the direction of anything useful.
 
I would recommend volunteering at a medical office or billing company. It won't be a paid position but it is something that you can put on a resume and will be real life coding
