I am looking for a part time job from home. I have been coding for the last 10 years and in the medical field for 13 years. I have been certified for the last 8 years. I am currently working as a certified professional coder for an Ob-Gyn office. I am intrested in coding from home but this is not an option at the practice I work at. I started working at Ob-Gyn Specialists, P.C. right out of High School and have been working there now for the past 13 years. I code all of our doctor’s surgery and delivery charges using CPT, ICD-9 and HCPCS codes. I received my certification through the American Aacademy of Professional Coders. I am a very hard worker! I am also a very detailed person and dedicated employee. I am familiar with posting payment remit and working EOB's.
Coding is something I truly enjoy!
