Hi, a provider performs an annual exam for which a hearing test is ordered as part of well exam. while examining the ears as part of the well screening and before the hearing test code 92551, the provider notices cerumen and removes it. then will complete the hearing screening. do I code G0268 or is this code only used when the provider initially started a hearing screening and needed to remove cerumen to continue with screening?
