My Provider did a cervical bx and feels it is more extensive than a 57500. She states that it involved "extensive surgery to remove a large deformed mass/polypoid lesion on the cervix and that she used cervical blocks". Everything I've looked into suggests that 57500 is still the appropriate code. Another coder recommended 57520.

Any suggestions?
