I would like to get your opinion as well for this surgery coding.
Pre op dx: C3-4 spinal stenosis
operation:
1. Cervical 3 through 6 laminectomy with c3-6 lateral mass fusion, bilateral c3 and 4 lateral mass instrumentation and left c5 and 6 instrumentation.
2.use of autograft, allograft and fluoroscopy
can you please advice, can this be billable as a bilateral code?
