I have a question???????? Has anyone out there had a problem with a publication company by the name of Progressive Business Publications? They have a newsletter by the name of Primary Care Coding and Reimbursement for which they sent me a copy of for my review, for the first 30 days.
To my surprise I was told that because I did not send an invoice back to them with cancel on it. They are billing my office for a publication I never recevied. Oh and by the way I never received the invoice either. Please be very careful in doing any business with this company as their business tactics are not ethical and to the standards of the AAPC. I have never been spoken to so rudely and their customer service lacks professionalism to say the least. Deal with at your own risk!!
