I found a chapter FAQ for Chapter 3 and Chapter 7 for the CPC certification. Does anyone know if there is a FAQ for each chapter? They are pdf's.

Were the PDFs that you found in the course itself? If so, then any additional Chapter FAQ would likely be in the same part of Blackboard as you found the FAQ for those 2 chapters.

Or did you find these online from an independent source that perhaps someone else created?

(Sorry I couldn't be more assistance. I took the CPC class in 2018 - it has been awhile since I've looked at those resources.)
