Behavioral Health Clinical Psychologist PSYD wants to bill for time spent on the phone with parents of a 19 old patient, can we code this, and with what procedure code?

Read the rules for the telephone visits carefully! These must be calls initiated by the patient or guardian of the patient,. There are several others outlined in the section for these codes. If the provider calls the family to discuss the patient, there is no code for this service.
