Can anyone help us to identify if we can start billing the codes 93271 and 93229 prior to the end of study- Bill these claims when the study begins vs waiting for the end of study (30 days or 14 days)

The description for 93271, "External patient and, when performed, auto activated electrocardiographic rhythm derived event recording with symptom-related memory loop with remote download capability up to 30 days, 24-hour attended monitoring; transmission and analysis" includes the total number of days and the analysis of the data, so you couldn't bill it until the procedure/testing has completed.

The same applies for 93229.
