I have a question for those of you who are coding on a contract basis.

I have a potential client which is an Orthopedic group who is offering $5.00 per case to code their surgeries. One of the surgeons does the spine which can be tedious and requires a lot of time. There are always multiple procedures performed.

Do you charge anywhere near $5.00 per case or do you charge per code?

How much do you charge?
