We have a patient that agreed to get a Rocephin shot - verbally - nothing was signed as we don't do that in our office. After the shot was drawn up the patient refused the shot - these meds are wasted. It was my understanding that if it wasn't done you can't charge for it. Does anyone have anything differently or suggestions. :(
