My doctor saw a pt in the office, then sent to hospital for the delivery. He wants to bill both the office visit & the delivery. Can he?
 
Based on the limited information provide. No you cannot submit for paymnet any office visits that fall within the Global OB period.

Thanks for the reply. How about an antepartum visit and 59410 on the same date of service?
My stand is also that you can't bill for both on the same date of service, however my physician believes I can.
