I have a surgeon who as put the following in his operative note and I'm trying to figure out if I can charge a intermediate closure with the partial mastectomy code.

Dissection was carried down to the chest wall and a re-section of the operative are, passed off the table and sent to pathology. Flap was created superior medical and inferolateral and was rotated in to close the wound. Was closed using layered Vicryls deep and intermediate, as well as superficial and then a running Monocryl superficial. A sterile dressing was placed.
