Is there a CPT/charge for a staff member picking up patients and bringing them back to the office for their appointments? We are thinking of offering this to our elderly patients but we'd like to know if could charge insurance for this.

I am not aware of a CPT code for this service but Medicare considers it a non-covered service, even if taken by ambulance, from home to a physicians office. You might want to also look into the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute before you consider offering this service.
