Where is it written that providers can use check off sheets for physicials? We have a couple of practices that have these sheets that the providers check off.

We have a fairly new employee that says she used to audit and that these were not acceptable. She is very vague about her experience and now she is auditing some of the practices. She can't just answer questions, she needs to read and process and will get back to me later..
