My doctors have been reading Echos to check LV function after CABG at the hospital.
Their indication is LV Function.
I’m not sure how I should code this.
I’ve been thinking maybe it’s I25.10, Z95.1 but I feel like it needs something post op.
I found Z98.89 (other specified post procedural state) but to me that's not very specific.
Please help!
