Greetings,
I'm currently dermatology and looking at chemical peels. Is it prudent to ask the provider to note the depth, either dermal or epidermal for this procedure? The case that I'm looking at only has the code with the code descriptor next to it. In other words he probably just clicked the box. Also, this is a chemical peel for forearm And hands he doesn't indicate whether it's both hands or both forearms. four arms is plural hand is singular. I have researched online and found guidance from various insurance companies, however they don't indicate that this is a requirement.
Thank you so much I'm looking forward to some answers from the experts.
;)
