Has anyone ran into a problem billing medicare or any other carrier for that matter regarding billing of administration codes for chemotherapy? The problem comes in when our initial code is going to be written off d/t our drug being off-label or replaced by the drug company. The initial code (96413) was billed but not paid. That, in turn, makes all of our other administration codes (90767,90775,96415,etc) deny. Has anyone else ran into this and how do you fix it, or at least get paid for subsequent admin codes? Thanks!
