Our oncology practice is trying home infusion pump rental. This is the situation, we are leasing the pumps from another company so we are billing for the rental monthly, administration, refill, drugs and supplies. We don't have a DME # but we were told we didn't need one. Can we bill for this service without a DME#, and is the POS home or office?
