Just wondering how to bill for intratheacal chemo and lumbar puncture for our oncologist. Are these codes one in the same? From what I have been reading it sounds like 96450 is the code to use no radiologist involvement? Any advice would be helpful as I have never coded for these serives before. Thank You :confused:
