Chemo Teach

Right now we are charging a 99211 when a patient comes in for a chemo teach. A nurse does this and it usually takes anywhere from 45min to an hour. We are about to have a PA join our practice and thinking about having him do the chemo teaches. Is it possible that he could charge a higher level Visit? Also can we have a general template set up and he just fills in appropriate information and this count as his documentation or would he need to actually dictate a report?
