I have a pt with 105 minutes of chemo . Do we just bill the first 90 and forget the other 15?

You would bill the initial and then an additional hour: 96413, 96415

Please review the parenthetical note on the indented code for additional time. 91 -120 min is 96413 & 96415.

(Report 96415 for infusion intervals of greater than 30 minutes beyond 1-hour increments)
