I coded 96143, J9025 (x120 units) and D46.9 (auditor is asking me to recheck J9025 (x120 units) and DX D46.9) any help?

Z51.11 as primary dx would be all I could see missing. Is there any waste - is this to an insurance company that would require the reporting of waste? I believe this comes in a 200 mg SDV.

no waste to my knowledge. yes it's getting billed to medicare however front office that does the billing did put 120 units on the claim form next to J9025
