Hello,
I am looking for a good chemotherapy billing template. Anyone have any ideas or would be willing to share a copy? Thanks for any help offered.
 
Not exactly. A cheat sheet with all chemo administrations and drugs. I am trying to set up a different format to make our data enty easier and more efficient. I didnt know if anyone has a good system going as far as the workup goes for chemotherapy billing.
