My doctor was providing chemo sessions to a cancer patient, 1 drug nfusion was complete, minutes into the second drug infusion, the infusion had to be stopped and the patient was taken to the ER for some severe complications. Can my doctor bill the second drug code??

Any response will be greatly appreciated!!!
