Hi,

there is no radiology forum so I thought I'd see if any can help with this. Patient was referred for an ultrasound. She has had a mastectomy and had a lump in that area. Would you charge a breast or chest ultrasound?

thanks

Without knowing the full extent of anatomy viewed, its likely going to fall under breast since its looking at the breast tissue area and not deeper structures like heart, lungs etc.
