I am new to coding radiology. Can someone help please?

Ordering DX: Cough

Findings: There is new air space opacity projecting over the right hilar region and the right posterior lung. The left lung is clear. The pleural spaces are also clear.

Impression: New mass-like area of opacity in the right infrahilar region. While findings most likely represent pneumonia, an underlying mass lesion or nodule cannot be excluded. Follow-up chest x-ray recommended.


Could I use 793.19 (other non specific abnormal finding of lung field):confused:
