in CPT it states that you can not bill certain procedures "when performed during the critical care period by the physician providing critical care"...
A. can i bill out the technical portion of doing the chest x-ray/EKG
and
b. can the radiologist bill out the reading of the chest x-ray because (s)he is not the physician providing the critical care??
