Is "Trigger Point Injection" an acceptable Chief Complaint when the patient is also seen by the Dr. for a full visit. Or does the CC need to specify the "reason" for the injection?

This is a procedure, not a condition, and probably not in the patient's own words. I wouldn't use it as the CC - the reason would be better.
