Recently we have started seeing 3 physicians participate in AAA repairs. One physician is using a chimney graft via a brachial access to perform renal stenting for the pupose of providing flow to the renals as well as providing a place for the main body endograft to adhere to in patients whose aneurysm is located directly below the renal arteries. This is work done above and beyond the normal AAA repair. The other two physicians are working as co-surgeons while deploying the aortic endograft. Since the renal stenting falls within the target zone we do not know which code to use for this work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
