Hello,

I have a chiropractic provider reaching out to me about possibly doing insurance and I have been doing some research but was wondering if anyone could help here?

What codes are allowed to be billed? Can they diagnosis a patient or does the primary care diagnosis and refer the patient? It looks very specific and there are a lot or LCD's with Medicare. Any direction or any website information would be greatly appreciated.
