Hello! I work in an FQHC and we bill G0511 for Chronic care management codes and we only do so for Medicare (NGS/CGS, Managed Care). My question is that if we could bill 99487, 99489 and 99490 along with the G0511 code? I don't think we can as I think it will be a bundled code but I really needed a second opinion. Thank you so much!
