I have a final dx of chronic depression. Can anyone please help me with this code? Would 300.4 be appropriate?

Thanks for any help.
 
300.4 would be Dysthemic Disorder - which is commonly referred to as Anxiety and Depression. Chronic depressive disorder falls to 301.12. And of course: Depression - 311
