Good morning everyone,

Yesterday I posted this and I have not seen any reply. Please someone take a look and respond.

DM patient had toe amputation 7 months ago and it is still non healing (Chronic).

Should I use 997.62 or 997.69 along with V49.72??

Is there any other ortions??

Is it non-healing due an infection? If so, I would use 997.62 and V49.72. If it is not infection, and you don't have a diagnosis as to why it is non-healing, I would use 997.60 and V49.72.
