I received a denial for G0180 and G0181 stating procedure is not payable unless appropriate non-payable codes and associated modifiers are submitted. Does anyone know what the modifiers are for Cigna to pay for this? I asked my co-worker who has been doing this for 25 years and she said she's never seen this denied for this reason before.
