Hello,

Can anyone tell me if they are getting reimbursed for a CIMT, (cpt code 1026T). This is the only code I could find. I seem to be getting denials from Medicare to commercial insurance. Denials say this is not medically neccessary or is considered experimental. If anyone is getting reimbursed please tell me how you are coding, what DX is being used?
