Anyone having trouble billing Cimzia J0717 We bill 3 line items J0717 at 400U, 96401 at 1 unit and 96401 at 1 unit with modifier 76. We have been getting reimbursed with this until now, we are seeing denials with Medicare and Caresource. Caresource is denying the whole claim and Medicare is denying one of the 96401 administration codes? Any ideas on reason for denial. Thanks !
