I have some denials from medicare with Cimzia with JA and JZ modifier, anyone know the right way to bill? thanks

Not a drug I'm familiar with but Cimzia's PI says it's a subcutaneous injection and the JA modifier is reporting it given intravenously so I'd guess that's your first problem. What does the actual denial from Medicare say?

Editing to add that if you ARE giving it intravenously, then you're likely going to have to appeal with documentation to support the method of administration.
