Hi,

I have documented below for 72275 from the op notes. Is this enough documentation? Please advise. Thanks!

(On a lateral view, 0.5 ml of contrast agent was injected with confirmation under continuous cine-epidurogram. In A.P view dye spread was seen at both above and below the target level)
